These terms govern your use of Biz Zen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

  • Biz Zen provides an AI-assisted operational assistant for small businesses: invoicing records, tasks, reminders, AI chat, and AI briefings.
  • Biz Zen is an assistant, not an accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor. AI-generated summaries, drafts, and suggestions are provided for your review — you are responsible for decisions made based on them.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the business data you enter.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Your data

  • You retain all rights to the business data you add. You grant us only the limited right to process it to operate the service for you.
  • Your data is never used to train AI models and is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Free-plan limits are described on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use Biz Zen for anything unlawful, to send spam, to store data you have no right to use, or to attempt to access other customers' data.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Liability

  • The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz Zen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions made using AI-generated content.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

  • You can stop using Biz Zen and delete your account at any time.
  • We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Changes

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
